What happens after I place my order?
After you place your order, the HEART TEE ART designs (created by us) are printed onto your items by our printers in West End, Brisbane. They then ship your order directly to you.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $9.95 regardless of how many items you buy. If you can collect your order in person from our printers in Brisbane (West End), you can avoid the shipping fee. Just select that option at checkout and the shipping amount will disappear on the final order page.
When will I receive my order?
Our printers aim to have Australian orders in your hands within 7-10 business days. If you need it sooner than that, drop them a line at sales@thetshirtmill.com.au and they'll see what they can do.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please refer to our Shipping Information section (link at bottom of page) for more info.
Are your products environmentally responsible?
All of our clothing is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, meaning it's free of substances that could harm people or the environment.
Why can't I buy a red tee/ apron?
You can - we'll just need to change the colour of the heart so it's visible on the red fabric. Drop us a line via the Contact Us page to let us know what you want in red and we'll add it to the shop for you.
I'd prefer a v-neck tee/ tank top/ long-sleeved tee/ hoodie. Can I get one of the HEART TEE ART designs on a different item?
Absolutely, as long as it's an item our printers stock! Just go to Contact Us in the menu bar above and let us know which design you like (eg. I ❤ BOOKS) and what you want it on (eg. a women's v-neck tee). If it's doable, we'll add it to the store so you can order it just like any other item.
I ❤ something else. Do you do custom designs?
We sure do! Provided there are no intellectual property issues (there usually aren't, unless it's a logo, as we do all of our designs from scratch), and the design is consistent with HEART TEE ART's values, we're happy to give it a go. At this stage we don't charge any extra for custom designs. Just go to Contact Us in the menu bar above and tell us what you ❤!
